Ordered December 5 and still not delivered!
I have tried endlessly to get resolution from Rosso on the status of my delivery and yet nothing! No live person to talk to, no response for days now. I am out $ and no coffee pods… terrible service and will not buy again.

TERRIBLE!!!! I ordered Macho coffee and received both a confirmation of the order and then a notice of shipment. When the coffee did not arrive, I called to be told that Rosso no longer sells individual coffee blends and, that I must buy a variety pack. I DO NOT WANT A VARIETY PACK. I WANTED MACHO! I am now back with Nespresso where one can order the coffee one wants.

If you want a mellow, bold coffee with a kick then Macho will rock your world. I make mine with a little pre-heated cream in the cup before brewing a Lungo size.
